Dr Renata Rams-Harvey

Dr Renata Rams-Harvey completed her medical degree in Poland in 1992 and continued her post graduate training and work experience in Australia. She is a fellow of FRACGP and has diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

She worked as a GP in Melbourne for 8 years then she moved to NT and worked remotely for 7 years. She has now settled in Brisbane focusing on women’s health in all life stages:

• contraception- including IUD (Mirena/Kyleena/Copper) and Implanon insertions/removals
• cervical screening and preventative care
• period concerns
• endometriosis and PCOS, including pelvic pain assessment and management
• fertility concerns and pre-conception advice
• antenatal and postnatal care
• perimenopause and menopause advice including weight gain concerns and management
• chronic disease management as part of the multidisciplinary team
• mental health concerns

Her other passion is travel and she completed Travel Medicine Certificate through JCU in Townsville. She is happy to advice on travel needs, vaccinations and share her own travel experiences.

Doctor Renata is an animal and nature lover, she enjoys being active and fit. She is learning Argentinian tango and playing bridge.

FEES:

• Dr Renata Rams-Harvey privately bills all pensioners and children of all ages for telehealth and face to face appointments, except for when attending chronic disease management.
• Dr Renata Rams-Harvey does not bulk bill or discount for children or pensioners.
• Other doctors at the clinic are available to bulk bill old age pension card holders and children under age 12.
