Fees
This is a mixed billing practice. A consultation fee may apply.

- FEE LIST for Dr Trenordan & Dr Heiser (not accepting new patients).
NON-ATTENDANCE FEE FOR BOOKED APPOINTMENTS
Due to the increase of missed appointments we will now be implementing a ‘Non-attendance’ fee of $45 which will be payable before another consultation can be booked. However, if there is a valid reason for your non-attendance, we encourage you to call our practice to discuss this reason. If our records indicate that you have booked and then failed to attended multiple visits you may no longer being eligible to book appointments at SmartClinics Clayfield.
We respectfully request that if you are likely to miss an appointment, kindly let us know at least 2 hours in advance. Your appointment time can then be given to another patient and a new one can be scheduled for you if needed.

SmartClinics Clayfield Family Medical Centre is located on Sandgate Road, near Clayfield College, the clinic features ample parking for patients, and offers pathology and radiology services.
Our experienced General Practitioners are committed to providing you with personalised healthcare and offer comprehensive health services for your whole family.
Please note that bookings for Thyroid Conditions, Male/Female Hormone Conditions, Chronic Fatigue, Skin Checks/procedures and Cervical Screens all require a longer appointment so we ask that you please call the clinic reception to make a booking rather than booking online.
Release of medical records
Records will be released after receiving signed consent from the patient. A full set of records do possess an administration fee. There are no charges for a Health Summary however if you are requesting access to additional information where the volume of information we hold is large, we may charge a reasonable administration fee (including fees for photocopying).
