SmartClinics Medical Centres is a new custom designed clinic in Clayfield. Located on Sandgate Road, near Clayfield College, the clinic features ample parking for patients, and offers pathology and radiology services.
Fees
This is a mixed billing practice. A consultation fee may apply.

- 1st June 2024 FEE LIST for Dr Trenordan & Dr Heiser (not accepting new patients).
Following the announcement of the 2024-2025 Federal Budget and the Government’s lack of investment in General Practice, consultation fees will slightly increase on 1st June. This is due to the ongoing discrepancy between the cost of operating a general practice clinic and low increases to the Federal Government’s Medicare rebates. This decision has not been made lightly and is necessary to continue to provide high-quality health care to our local community. NON-ATTENDANCE FEE FOR BOOKED APPOINTMENTS
Due to the increase of missed appointments we will now be implementing a ‘Non-attendance’ fee of $45 which will be payable before another consultation can be booked. However, if there is a valid reason for your non-attendance, we encourage you to call our practice to discuss this reason. If our records indicate that you have booked and then failed to attended multiple visits you may no longer being eligible to book appointments at SmartClinics Clayfield.
We respectfully request that if you are likely to miss an appointment, kindly let us know at least 2 hours in advance. Your appointment time can then be given to another patient and a new one can be scheduled for you if needed.

Release of medical records
Records will be released after receiving signed consent from the patient. A full set of records do possess an administration fee. There are no charges for a Health Summary however if you are requesting access to additional information where the volume of information we hold is large, we may charge a reasonable administration fee (including fees for photocopying).
